Membership: 40,- euro  for one month, tree training opportunities,

Montday ( start at 18:45)

Wednesday ( start at 19:15).

Saturday ( start at 11:00)

Equipment Available at Krav Maga Den Haag:

First two lessons, no need to buy special equipment, but when you have a Groin and Teeth Guard use it, for the maximum Krav Maga experience.

 Boxing Gloves: 35,- euro

Groin Guard: 15,- euro

Shin protector/pads: 25,- euro 

mma gloves (optional): 45,- euro
